To ship delicate and well marbling Japanese wagyu, the freezing process and overnight delivery method are essential. Besides there are no delivery service available on Saturdays to Mondays. Please make an order ahead of time
Unfortunately we are not able to tell arrival time but when FEDEX driver pick up your package, you will receive shipping confirmation email with tracking number so that you can track your package remotely
Please send an email us with the reason you want to cancel. However, once your package pass to third party, we are no longer able to stop it.
Due to a long distance shipping, we freeze fresh steaks for a day in freezer, however, when you receive the steaks, it may be partially thawed.
Yes, that is totally fine. But please inspect your steak upon reception and if you concern to consume the steaks please send pictures of it and send attached email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, unless it is completely thawed you can refreeze it
For 6 months should be fine in freezer but understand the color of meat will be changed.
We appreciate if you can take a picture of it and send a report to us with the picture as well as a short note. Please keep the steaks in fridge for the time being. We will respond to you in timely manner.
These subscription prices can be more reasonable than purchasing individual steaks. The highlighting point is that some limited secondary steak-cut are included in the subscription plan. If you purchase one of the plan, it will be shipped middle of month, 13~ 18th. What you need to do for purchase subscription is to select a plan; once a month, every four months or twice a year then pick the package weight from 500g, 1kg, 1.5kg. You will be asked to pay all for the annual plan when you add subscription plan in shopping cart. Please make sure of your credit card limit.
For cancellations, the amount refunded will be determined on what plan you have purchased and how far into your plan you have cancelled. Admission fee will be also applied as well. The admission fee will range from 10% - 16% depending on which plan you have purchased. The refund amount will vary depending on how far into your subscription you are. For example, if there are 2 people with the same plan, the person who cancelled 8 months into the plan will receive less of a refund than the person who cancelled 3 months into the plan. This is because the amount of product that the person has received is different. Then we will take out the percentage of admission fee from your subscription total refund amount. You also can pause your plan by notifying us a month in advance. Just tell us how long you want to pause the plan and when will it be restarted. In the case, you need to cancel your present plan, then purchase the other plan you are interested in. Regarding canceling, please check canceling policies.
We carry a variety of Japanese Wagyu brands and cuts. Our major steak cuts are Striploin and Ribeye, however some other cuts included in the subscription are a limited selection of Shoulder, Knuckle, Top sirloin, Ichibo (Sirloin cap). We like to include these different cuts into the subscription to let people try the different cuts of the Wagyu that a lot of people may not know.
